<p><strong>This Book is a Tool for Change on Many Levels</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You will directly benefit from the content of the book, by being able to take charge of your mental health. And you will be able to share the information with other people and help spread the word about ways to promote emotional wellbeing.</li>
<li>All the proceeds from this book will go to support activities of the Campaign to Stop Quiet Desperation, its <a title="WTWI" href="http://wtwi.org" target="_blank">sister organization in Zurich, Switzerland</a>, and its two major partners <a title="World Education " href="http://www.worlded.org/WEIInternet/" target="_blank">World Education Inc</a>. Boston, MA, and <a title="Populaton Media " href="http://www.populationmedia.org/" target="_blank">Population Media Center</a> in Shelburne, VT.</li>
<li>As part of our quest to eradicate female illiteracy in the developing world, a portion of the proceeds will go directly to support literacy programs operated by World Education. As part of our quest to end female genital mutilation in West Africa, a portion will go to Population Media Center.</li>
