Dr. S.D. Shanti offers dynamic hands-on workshops on attaining emotional wellbeing. She makes the content of The Time-Starved Woman’s Guide to Emotional Wellbeing come alive in a way that makes participants feel confident about facing the daily hassles of life. Workshop participants come way equipped with research-based tools to actively promote their wellbeing.

A well-received presenter, audiences enjoy SD’s engaging style and practical workshops and always leave with pragmatic information to help themselves and others. She’s led numerous workshops in the United States and Switzerland and offers them in English and German.

SD also does in-person and telephone based coaching to help individuals identify their strengths and develop an on-going plan for promoting emotional fitness.  Her coaching style is focused, pragmatic and results-oriented.

Mama-Logues Writing Workshops for Mothers

Suze Allen teaches “Mama-Logues – Writing Workouts to Keep Mama Sane and Centered.” Using fun and accessible writing exercises and purposeful writing tools, she helps mothers write their birth or adoption stories, sort out difficult parenting issues, keep “Mama-Blogs” and create lasting memories.

Suze teaches in San Francisco, the greater Bay Area and in Maine.
